Swedish Massage
Known as a “traditional” massage, Swedish massage uses long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions to manipulate muscles, stimulate the skin, and improve circulation. Swedish massage can be performed in any pressure, from extremely light to firm.
Acupressure
Part of traditional Chinese medicine and often described as “acupuncture without needles.” Utilizing deep pressure on certain points of a system of energy channels known as meridians, acupressure is known to reduce stress and promote harmony between the health and energy within the body.
Prenatal
A specialized massage to treat clients in a side lying position, which is best for prenatal clients and anyone with positional concerns. With the use of plush, comfortable pillows, this massage encourages relaxation, while reducing stress and tension.
Thai Stretching
Not a traditional massage, this fully clothed session is often described as “assisted yoga.” Deep stretching and rhythmic compressions combined with acupuncture along meridians, help relax both the body and the mind.
Lymphatic
Using very light pressure, lymphatic massage will stimulate and promote the healthy flow of lymph fluid, ultimately improving circulation, removing waste and toxins, reducing excess fluid and swelling, and supporting the immune system.
Reflexology
Part of traditional Chinese medicine, this technique encourages the movement of the natural energy within the body by applying pressure to reflex points on the hands and feet, ultimately reducing stress and pain, improving digestion and mood, and clearing up sinus issues.
Deep Tissue

Reiki
Not a traditional massage, this healing technique is a unique method of transferring the universal energy, or “Chi,” and transmitting it to the client through very gentle holds. The Chi transfer is designed to relieve pain, restore vitality, aid spiritual growth, and restore emotional wellbeing.
